Lindsey Thompson
Lindsey Thompson is the newest member of GeorgiaLink Public Affairs Group and serves as the legislative coordinator for the firm. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in European Union Affairs. While at the Georgia Institute of Technology, she interned for both Governor Sonny Perdue and then Congressman Nathan Deal. After college Ms. Thompson worked as a Speechwriter and Policy Researcher for Speaker Glenn Richardson. Upon the election of Speaker David Ralston, she served as a House Communications Specialist and a Committee Aide for the Georgia House of Representatives. As a House Communications Specialist, she managed all official Facebook pages for members of the Georgia House of Representatives, and assisted with press releases and speeches. She also served as the Committee Aide to the Agriculture & Consumer Affairs Committee and the Game, Fish, & Parks Committee. In 2011, Ms. Thompson was elected by the Georgia House of Representatives to serve as House Messenger. In this role, she assisted the Speaker of the House in the day to day activities during the legislative session. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
